You will still collaborate closely with our designers, strategists, and clients to deliver experiences that work better.
We are currently expanding our network of top-tier independent contractor talent to partner with us on upcoming client engagements. We are looking for experienced Front-End Technical Leads who specialize in modern, headless CMS architectures. Typical Responsibilities look like:
- Technical Leadership: Act as the technical lead on client website implementations, running sprint ceremonies, managing backlog prioritization, and ensuring high-quality frontend delivery
- Modern Frontend Development: Translate Figma designs into responsive HTML/CSS using React, Next.js, and Tailwind 4
- CMS Architecture: Develop data models, reusable content components, and page templates within headless SaaS CMS platforms (like Optimizely)
- Standard Integrations: Implement standard third-party tools via JavaScript snippets or iframes, set up tag management (Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics), and configure out-of-the-box CMS search solutions
- Best Practices: Ensure foundational SEO/GEO metadata, structured data (JSON-LD), and core WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance across all builds
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting or agency environment.
- Deep hands-on expertise with React and Next.js frameworks
- Experience building within SaaS-based headless CMS platforms that utilize proper SDKs and GraphQL support (Optimizely experience is a massive plus!)
- Comfortable operating as a 1099 independent contractor.
- US-based remote worker with the flexibility to support clients across multiple time zones.
