The Role: 

Our site in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. A Warehouse Associate performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. This job is 50% active, 50% on the computer.  

Shift Schedule: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM Sunday - Tuesday with every other Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday with every other Wednesday

 What You’ll Do: 

• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of received goods and reject unsatisfactory items.   
• Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.  
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Posts weight and shipping charges and prepare goods for final shipment.   
• Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.  
• Prepare kitting packages for production.   
• Conduct physical inventory counts. 

What We Seek: 

• 2-5+ years of experience working in a warehouse role that includes data entry. 
• High School diploma or equivalent.   
• Proven ability to solve problems independently, attention to detail, and organizational and documentation skills.  
• Knowledge and proficiency with computers.  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.   
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.    
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable attendance.
