Operations Processor

In this role, you will:

• Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
• Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
• Collect data and prepare related operational reports
• Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
• Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
• Coordinate projects
• Furnish information to authorized persons
• Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of college education, preferably Banking & Finance, Business related course

• Over ( 2 ) years' professional experience in the Financial Services

• Preferably with strong knowledge in MS Excel and its advance features

• Preferably with professional experience in QA tasks or function

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Job Expectations:

• Applicants must be amenable to work full-time onsite.

• Applicants must be amenable to work on shifting (mid, night shift)

• Applicants must be amenable to work during PHL holiday

• Provides maintenance and implementation support for moderately complex treasury management products and services.

• Coordinates with customer service representatives regarding submitted customer requests.

• Ensures customer implementation data is accurately captured/recorded, and systems are correctly installed.

• Communicates product dependencies and establishes timeline for implementation.

• Acts as a liaison between the client, sales officers, vendors, Relationship Managers and client services as needed to deliver quality services that meet client needs.

• May perform post implementation analysis.
