Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process
- Work as a team between engineers from Manufacturing/Equipment/Technology/Quality to resolve production related quality issues in order to reduce production line disruptions
- Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow
- Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management
- Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools
- Manage recipe and procedural control
- Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
- Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Master or degree in Engineering/Material Science/Physics/Chemistry disciplines or relevant qualifications are required
- Preferably with at least 2 years of Furnace/Diffusion experience with vertical or horizontal furnaces and metrology equipment
