As the Senior Corporate Finance Manager, you will gather and prepare our quarterly company-wide financial projections. These projections include profit and loss, cash flow, and the balance sheet. You will ensure accurate consolidation of corporate business plans, prepare financial reports for executives and the board, and report on important financial indicators. You will also coordinate a weekly flash forecast update for an executive audience.
You will work closely with Finance leadership, business finance groups, cash management, Accounting, and technology partners to improve the quality, scalability, and efficiency of our Finance processes. This role requires a strong combination of financial expertise, systems skill, operational leadership, and capacity to translate complex financial information into actionable executive insights.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
- Lead the development and maintenance of corporate financial forecasts, including P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and Flash processes.
- Drive high-confidence forecasting through collaboration with business units, functional finance teams, Treasury, Accounting, and operational partners.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level financial analyses, presentations, and reporting materials for CFO staff, executive leadership, Board, and investor-related discussions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Systems Transformation & Process Excellence
- Partner with Finance Systems, IT, and business collaborators to build sustainable solutions that reduce manual effort, improve data integrity, and enhance corporate planning systems, including SAC, Snowflake, ClairFi, and related finance technology platforms.
- Drive the standardization of financial data, reporting structures, and planning processes across the Finance organization.
- Champion automation, AI adoption, and advanced analytics to improve efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality.
Operational Effectiveness
- Drive improvements in FP&A cycle times while maintaining high standards of accuracy and control.
- Establish disciplined planning calendars, governance processes, and forecasting cadences across contributing organizations.
- Lead initiatives focused on simplification, accelerated close, reporting optimization, and continuous improvement in execution.
- Ensure adherence to Finance reporting standards, consistent KPI definitions, and alignment across enterprise financial reporting.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Build organizational capability in financial modeling, planning systems, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related area
- 10+ years progressive Finance related experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate FP&A, financial statement analysis and forecasting and planning
- 3+ years of leadership experience; strong process management capability and exhibit proactive process improvement; experience leading disciplined and multi-functional process calendars
- Excellent communication, presentation, and partner management skills. Ability to influence across organizations and lead through change.
- Experience working with planning, reporting, and data platforms such as SAC, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar technologies
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled efficiency, automation, and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate-level qualification in Finance or Business
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in leading and maintaining complex financial forecast environments in large organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborator management skills. Ability to influence across organizations and lead through change.
- Experience supporting executive-level financial reporting and long-term business planning processes preferred.
- Experience leading finance transformation, automation, analytics, or AI initiatives preferred.
- Passionate understanding of business with strong financial skills and solid business insight; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex problems for executive audiences.
