  • Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, IT, and business leadership on enterprise-wide projects that drive operational efficiency and process improvements, expanding your influence beyond treasury operations.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive treasury operations experience.
  • Experience managing corporate and fiduciary investment portfolios, including regulatory portfolio management and fiduciary oversight.
  • Track record of leading treasury system implementations, process improvements, and change management initiatives.

What makes you stand out:

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (AFP).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
  • Advanced treasury and cash management expertise, including investment instruments, FX markets, and banking/cash management products.
  • Experience with daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and cash optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Experience with Quantum, Bloomberg, Oracle, or similar financial systems.
  • Understanding of AI/automation capabilities and how to apply them to treasury operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and internal compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and talent development experience.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Finance, Accounting, IT, and business leaders.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills; ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
