About the job

As Performance & Operations Support Specialist VIE within our Supply Chain team, you’ll contribute directly to day-to-day operational activities and performance management initiatives, supporting data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across the Brazil Operations team.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the collection, consolidation, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to performance reports, action plans, and business reviews.
• Consolidate data from different areas and support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations with relevant business insights.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and validation of databases, ensuring data consistency and proper application of business rules.
• Participate in process simplification, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Assist in the development of scripts, tools, and automation solutions to improve process efficiency and reduce repetitive activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting business analyses, operational follow-up, and action plan monitoring.
• Comply with Sanofi’s Ethics and Integrity principles, applicable codes of conduct, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

About you

Experience:

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
   

Soft and technical skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
• Proactive, organized, collaborative, and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of Power BI and/or basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus.
• Interest in data analytics, automation, and continuous improvement.

Education:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
   

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
