Context

Systra India's design business line is the leading design team for metros, highways, special bridges, Urban Planning and water projects in India. The team has designed over 900 kms of viaduct & Bridges along with 43 kms of tunnels and 82 underground stations, 345 Elevated & at-grade Stations, 19 Depots besides 300 plus stations being designed currently. The team has also completed 3,165 km of highways detail design projects and 22,506 km of design/ feasibility projects. The team has also worked on detailed design for Drainage and Utilities, design of WTP and STP etc.

 

We are also very proud to have designed the first monopile in India for the Mumbai Coastal Road project. We have the distinction of designing the fastest implemented metro project in the country with Lucknow and now have broken the record in Kanpur Metro. Apart from Indian projects the team also provides design services to projects as far as Philippines in the east to Columbia in the West.

 

We are also conversant with BIM (Building Information Modelling) which enhances all stages of the infrastructure life cycle, from design to construction and maintenance, which is why we integrate it into our projects and offer it to our clients. Our design team has extensive exposure to both domestic and international markets, contracts, codes and specification.

Missions/Main Duties

• BIM workflows Planning, implementation & Administration on BIM projects.
• Projects Coordination, Digital Delivery management & Deliverables audit. 
• IDD Workflow (Interface) & BEP Creation, Implementation as per ISO 19650, AIA standards (Optional). 
• Digital Deliverables Planning & Execution, coordinating with design & construction teams along with project consultants. 
• Leading processes on change management for design & construction teams. 
• Project BIM deliverables Quality Audit, Control & assurance. 
• Digital delivery Collaboration, BIM Model Usage & ROI creation.
• Processes Standardization & best practice approaches for BIM as per ISO 19650.
• Setting up BIM Environment for all disciplines.
• Manage BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and models.
• Provide guidance to BIM modelers on Revit Architecture, Civil & Structural and MEP 3D environment with model from base (LOD-200) to LOD 500 or equivalent.
• Setting Strategy for BIM modeling of Vendors and managing interphase Troubleshoot any BIM related issues.
• Training or upskilling colleagues in specific software programs
• Supporting and auditing the project team and flagging non-compliances.
• Working experience in BIM fields like - 4D, 5D, 6D, AR & VR, As Build, Model quality audit & BIM Clash Coordination, BOQ preparation.
•  Implementation & Monitoring of BIM 360

Profile/Skills

• BE / B-Tech, Administrator’s Certification in BIM Modeling.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial-Buildings projects. Semiconductor / metro rail / Fab experience will be added advantage.
