Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity available for an Integrations Manager to lead our Workday Integrations team!
As the Manager, you are not only responsible for coaching and assisting consultants on your team with career development, but you will also play an active role in client engagement, as well as serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations. This role will actively contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice, and we’re looking for an innovative, strategic leader with the drive to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of FTE Workday Consultants as well as independent consultants.
Execute initiatives and communications using a value-first mindset
Communicate assignments to direct reports.
Lead regular career development conversations with direct reports and identify candidates for promotion.
Identify career or functional/technical training opportunities for direct reports.
Provide formal coaching for underperforming team members as needed, and engage Director, if necessary.
Conduct weekly or bi-weekly 1:1s to discuss current workload, QTD utilization, practice contributions, and provide feedback
Work with Director to monitor the team’s utilization and identify the need for additional headcount.
Approve time sheets.
Active member of the recruitment process of future direct reports.
Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction.
Be a Workday Integration subject knowledge expert with deep understanding of current functionality, design concepts, touch points with HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Talent, Prism, and future product direction.
Share your Workday Integrations expertise with our customers and speak to Workday Studio, Workday APIs, Workday Connectors, and future Integration-based onspecific functionality.
Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment.
Accurately maintain forecasts.
Partner with the Sales team and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while assisting with sales presentations, demos, and LOEs.
Stay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practices.
Build strong relationships with clients, gained through trust and exceptional customer service.
Experience and Education Requirements:
A minimum of five years of Workday integrations experience, working at a Workday partner firm is required.
A minimum of three years of experience as a Workday Integrations lead consultant at a Workday partner firm is required.
Workday partner certification in Workday Integrations and/or Workday Studio is preferred.
All required Workday partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA.
Must demonstrate leadership qualities through experience mentoring junior consultants, problem solving, participating in interviews/providing input on hiring recommendations, leading complex Workday integrations, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a detailed understanding of Workday Integrations processes and best practices to make appropriate implementation recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, coupled with a desire to have fun while building something new (required).
