Analysis, controlling and improvement of Equipment KPIs (e.g. OEE,UDT, SDT, MTBA, MTBF, etc.)
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
1. Analysis, controlling and improvement of Equipment KPIs (e.g. OEE,UDT, SDT, MTBA, MTBF, etc.).
2. Drive and build planned maintenance definition with high availability, good reliability and appropriate quality performance.
3. Overseeing the production of equipment, provide & maintain documentation for equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
4. Define critical parts life span and consumption based on part function knowledge & material behavior, evaluation, OEM reference, etc.
5. Creation and review of maintenance PFMEA. Recover, investigate & implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdown by analyzing critical alarms.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
1. Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering.
2. Preferably have 3-5 years of experience on Die Bond solder poster/epoxy process and machine.
3. Hands-on experience with electronic production equipment, automation systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
4. Strong knowledge of electronic systems, electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
5. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, electronic diagrams, and machine drawings.
