Program Manager

General Description
Responsible for working with the program team to get program timing, quality and cost targets within specified scope. Guarantee customer satisfaction from program kickoff to 3 months after SOP. 

Key Accountabilities
1. Support Sales to develop new business opportunities and program kickoff. Establish the initial project plan, Gate plan, define and gain essential resource for programs.
2. Establish and lead the regular programs review with team members, keep the 3 elements under tracking over whole program development.
3. Report the program management status to managers’ organization.
4. Working with project team and finance to define the program investment scheme, and support the investment request submission and approval.
5. Lead all the issues resolve and tracking. Identify and coordinate achievement of any resources which is outside of program team or organization.
6. Regular communications with customers to report our program status and collect customer requirements updates. Making alignment with customers.
7. Ensure smooth program transfer from Program Management to Production Operation.
8. Change management to make sure the smooth implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of project experience in Automobile environment 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Perfect Leadership and listening skills to establish and develop program team.
• Clear Results orientation.
• Strong conflicts management skills and dealing with ambiguity.
• Good capabilities of planning setting up, risk analysis and issues resolve.
• Knowledge of finance related concepts 
• Good process principle knowledge of product design and process design.
• Fluent in English and in the customer language.
• Passion for excellence under pressure.
• Bachelor degree is basic, Master degree is preferred.
