What You’ll Do At Elekta:
As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring service readiness and successful service delivery for Elekta's Neuro products worldwide. Working across functions and regions, you will drive initiatives that enable our service organizations to effectively support customers, while continuously improving the service experience and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure service readiness for Neuro products, including establishing and governing processes for service engineer training, regional commercialization activities and spare part availability.
- Support first-of-kind installations and help establish best practices for future deployments.
- Ensure service delivery in line with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvements to service delivery processes, tools and ways of working.
- Collaborate with Service Design to identify and implement serviceability improvements.
- Lead service delivery discussions and improvement initiatives across multiple forums.
- Work closely with Product Management, Operations and regional service teams to ensure smooth introductions of new product releases.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in service delivery, after-sales support, operations, project management or a related area.
- Experience working with service organizations and field service operations, ideally within the medical device industry or another regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of complex technical solutions that combine hardware and software.
- Experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives, with the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures and geographical regions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong written and verbal English. Swedish and additional languages are considered an advantage.
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience working with Agile delivery processes and practices.
- Experience working with PLM and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience working with M3 would be an advantage.
