Key Roles We Are Pipelining

As we prepare to enter Germany, we are looking to connect with exceptional talent across three core areas:

1. Business Development Managers (BDM)

• The Role: Take ownership of lead generation and the acquisition of restaurant brands across key German cities. You will hit the streets, pick up the phone, and conduct in-person meetings with restaurant owners and management to drive new partnerships.
• Ideal Profile: 2-5 years of sales experience (preferably consultative selling with short sales cycles), comfortable with cold-calling and walk-ins, goal-oriented, and highly entrepreneurial.

2. Customer Success Managers (CSM)

• The Role: Manage ongoing relationships with our restaurant partners once they onboard. You will ensure they maximize the value of UMAI’s software, set realistic partnership expectations, and drive retention and upsell opportunities.
• Ideal Profile: Strong relationship-building skills, highly organized, empathetic yet structured, and passionate about helping hospitality businesses thrive.

3. Support Specialists

• The Role: Act as the frontline defense for our users. You will provide professional, excellent customer service, troubleshoot technical or operational queries, and ensure restaurant operations run smoothly day in and day out.
• Ideal Profile: Exceptional communication skills, patient, tech-savvy, and a quick problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

General Requirements & Qualifications

• Language: Native-level fluency in German is essential, alongside a good level of English (both written and spoken).
• CV Requirement: Only CVs submitted in English will be considered.
• Industry Interest: A keen interest or experience in the F&B industry, hospitality operations, or the startup ecosystem.
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial way of thinking with the ability to own your workstream and adapt quickly.
