Alluvionic is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Program Support Specialist position to support the National Science Foundation (NSF), Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate, Logistics and Operational Support contract.

Responsibilities:
- Provides executive administrative support
- Manages calendars and meeting schedules
- Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares travel itineraries
- Tracks and manages the details of upcoming speaking events, coordinating logistics and session details
- Tracks, logs, and facilitates timely responses of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Receives and screens visitors, telephone calls, and e-mails
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum/General Experience: 3 years of experience
- Administrative Assistant Experience at the Executive Level
