The Opportunity:

Coordinates facilities and administrative services, including clerical and support services, printing, mail distribution, messenger services and telecommunications. Possesses little to basic knowledge of program and project requirements, policies, and procedures. Performs routine and repetitive tasks. Receives direct supervision.

You Have:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service and shipping services
• Experience with incident management and procurement systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
• HS diploma or GED

 

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Possession of excellent detail-oriented and organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $36,000.00 to $74,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
