Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant based in Taguig.
Salary Range: ₱60,000
Work Setup: Hybrid
Shift Schedule: Mid/Night Shift
Location: Taguig City
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, providing functional expertise and best-practice recommendations.
- Analyze, document, and validate business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and HR processes.
- Design and recommend scalable SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions that address business needs and support digital transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to align technology solutions with business strategies.

Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings to capture insights and drive solution decisions.

Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central functionalities, ensuring adherence to business and compliance requirements.

Contribute actively to team discussions, solution reviews, and project planning activities.

Identify and resolve work-related issues by providing effective and innovative solutions.

Develop and maintain business architecture documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and other project artifacts.

Support change management initiatives by assisting in impact assessments, communication planning, and user adoption activities.

Monitor industry trends, SAP SuccessFactors enhancements, and HR technology best practices to recommend continuous improvements.

Ensure successful delivery of project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Expert-level proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of business process modeling, process analysis, and requirements gathering methodologies.

Proven experience translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.

Experience designing and implementing HR technology or digital transformation solutions.

Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, business architecture concepts, and transformation methodologies.
