These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals.

In enterprise performance management at PwC, you will focus on helping clients improve their financial performance and decision-making processes. You will analyse financial data, develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and design and implement performance management frameworks. You will be responsible for providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

• In joining our SAP Finance team, you'll work with our clients to transform their finance function and processes by leveraging SAP applications to enhance their core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy.

Your Skill Set

• Demonstrated intimate knowledge and / or proven record of success in consulting, designing, implementing and leading consulting engagements within the SAP Finance suite for Financial Services clients.
• Extensive-level experience in implementing relevant solutions like SAP Finance, SAP S/4HANA, SAP PaPM and / or SAP FPSL.
• Proven the ability to compare and contrast SAP solutions and help clients identify the capabilities to drive business value.
• Able to execute SAP financials-focused roadmap projects including delivery estimates and quantifiable value cases
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs across process, technology and people enablement.
• Demonstrated thorough abilities and success as a team leader by creating as positive environment, monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
• Consider solutions from a holistic End-to-End point of view and you want to drive innovative solutions and thrive in challenging client projects.
• Fluent in German and English.
