Senior Manager, SAP Order-to-Cash

This role has hybrid work pattern, 3 days per week from our Warsaw office with 2 days remote.

General Description:

The Senior Manager, SAP Order‑to‑Cash (SD) is responsible for delivering, supporting, and continuously improving SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) capabilities with a strong focus on end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes.

This role serves as a senior functional expert within Finance & Commercial Technology Solutions, providing hands‑on SAP SD configuration and solution ownership while partnering closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders. The position supports global operations in a regulated (GxP) environment and contributes to the definition and execution of the global O2C roadmap.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Configure, support, and enhance SAP SD Order‑to‑Cash processes including sales order management, deliveries, PGI, billing, pricing, and invoicing.
• Provide expert guidance on Customer Master Data configuration using SAP Business Partners.
• Configure and support end‑to‑end intercompany O2C processes including STOs, intercompany sales, billing, and reconciliation across company codes.
• Support transfer pricing and cross‑company billing requirements, including integration touchpoints with Finance (AR/AP).
• Collaborate with Global Trade Services teams to enfsure O2C processes align with import/export compliance, embargo checks, and regulatory requirements.
• Design, configure, and support SAP Fiori applications for O2C processes, contributing to improved usability and role‑based access.
• Partner with integration and architecture teams to support API‑based integrations and modernization initiatives, including use of SAP BTP services where applicable.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and enhancements across regions, collaborating with FI, MM, and QM teams to ensure end‑to‑end process integrity.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements; prepare functional specifications and solution designs.
• Lead and support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT); prepare validation documentation as required.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, including issue analysis, resolution, and root‑cause identification.
• Ensure supported solutions meet GxP, SOX, and CSV compliance expectations and audit requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and alignment with global O2C templates and roadmaps.
• Partner with the Order‑to‑Cash Business Process Owner to support development and execution of the global O2C roadmap.

 Qualifications:

• 7+ years of SAP SD experience, including hands‑on configuration in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
• Strong end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process knowledge in complex, global environments.
• Experience supporting intercompany O2C processes and cross‑company financial integrations.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance frameworks (GxP, SOX, CSV).
• Working knowledge of adjacent SAP modules including FI, MM, and QM.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in global, matrixed teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience.
• Experience with ALE/IDoc scenarios and SAP PI/PO integrations, including third‑party logistics providers.
• Experience with e‑invoicing solutions and order automation tools.
• Strong pricing configuration experience within SAP SD.
• Knowledge of SAP roles, authorizations, and Segregation of Duties concepts.
• SAP certifications and international experience are a plus.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

Travel:  Periodic domestic and international travel – More than 10%

Salary Range Poland: 276,000.00 PLN - 345,000.00 PLN
