BODY SHOP MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations of the collision center or body shop
- Oversee estimators, technicians, painters, and support staff
- Drive profitability, revenue growth, and shop efficiency
- Monitor KPIs including cycle time, gross profit, and production output
- Ensure quality control and proper repair standards
