Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager – MEP ( Airport Terminals) to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life-safety, and building services construction works within the Airport terminal building, ensuring that all MEP activities are delivered safely, in accordance with the approved design documents, quality requirements, schedule and live-airport operational constraints.

The role ensures seamless integration of MEP systems with architectural and operational requirements while supporting phased commissioning and airport operational readiness.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage installation and coordination of all MEP systems within terminal facilities.

• Ensure compliance with design specifications, NFPA standards, aviation codes, and local authority requirements.

• Coordinate MEP activities with architectural, structural, and airport systems packages.

• Oversee testing, commissioning, and integrated systems validation.

• Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and technical compliance.

• Lead technical reviews, inspections, and quality audits.

• Support digital delivery, BIM coordination, and clash resolution processes.

• Coordinate with ORAT and testing and commissioning teams during testing & commissioning and operational readiness activities.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering with minimum 15 years of MEP construction management experience.

• Proven experience delivering airport terminal MEP systems.

• Strong understanding of integrated building systems, ICT, ELV, and airport operational systems.

• Airport Experience in construction projects is a essential

• Middle East experience is required

• Evidence of good potential growth shown by satisfactory performance in past positions.

• Effective oral and written communication skills. Computer literate.

• Experience in D&B and modular construction environments preferred.
