About the role

BSI Regulatory Services is looking for a Client Support Advisor who will provide administrative support and engage with our clients.

Responsibilities

• To handle all incoming calls from external and internal clients in an effective manner, ensuring that the BSI Client First principles are maintained at all times. Delivering a first time resolution where possible.
• Working as part of our Client Administration Team to ensure all activities are covered within the overall Client Services Team.
• Actively contacting our clients to resolve client requests, focusing on voice interaction as our preferred method of communication.
• Take ownership for all client queries and dissatisfaction, working collaboratively across BSI to ensure a prompt and thorough investigation, responding to clients at the earliest opportunity.
• Process both internal and external client queries in a timely manner, whilst ensuring BSI systems are accurately maintained. 
• To review all client queries, ensuring we deliver exceptional service whilst supporting business needs, expectation and relevant polices and procedures.
• Working as a team across the client service functions to support and share best practice and encourage a positive, inclusive, “Can do” team culture.
• To support all business administration activities of managing clients and any client queries.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Experience in client handling roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and vocal) and able to communicate at all levels
• Planning, organisation and creative problem solving
• Strong written and verbal English, additional languages are a plus
