Position Summary
We are looking for an Associate Asset Manager to support the performance and maintenance of assets and services across our extensive network of athletic club facilities. The individual in this role will be responsible for owning asset data collection and standardization, operational execution across vendor partners and internal facility teams, and identifying opportunities for improvement in performance and financial outcomes in repair, maintenance, and project execution.
In this role, you will be a critical executor of the Elevator and Vertical Transportation asset category across all Life Time Athletic Clubs and other managed facilities. This individual will own the planned maintenance strategy and execution outcomes for elevators, escalators, and related vertical transportation equipment. Using trusted vendor relationships, engagement with club teams, and business system intelligence, this individual will ensure member and team member safety and confidence through reliable, well-maintained equipment performance and minimal downtime. This role will also be accountable to ensuring our vertical transportation systems stay functional and within regulatory and code compliance, including required inspections, permits, and certifications across all jurisdictions. You will also be accountable to capital long-range planning and project execution management in partnership with contractors, club teams, and cross-functional asset teams. Additional assets and projects will be assigned to support the Life Time club brand and operations.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Compile and prepare project status reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain Smartsheet project dashboards or tracking tools to visualize project performance.
- Assists in organizing and maintaining project documentation, files and records
- Coordinates project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking project progress
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the division. Ensure that team members are informed about project updates and changes
- Communicate project status, objectives, and expectations to all relevant parties. Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
- Ability to effectively multi-task with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft project and Smart Sheet

- Results orientated with a focus on achieving overall business objectives
- Ability to clearly, concisely and accurately report on project progress
- Ability to establish priorities, plan, manage scope and effectively deliver timelines
- Energized by working in a fast pasted environment
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience:
- 2 years of project management experience
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:
- PMP or other Project Management Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Experience developing internal processes
- Advanced Smartsheet Experience
Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $70,000.00(or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $97,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits
