Job Description

Full-Time 45 Hours per 5 day work week with a set predictable schedule. Candidates must be dependable, trustworthy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have customer service skills and enjoy helping people! Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred! 

Service Advisors/Service Writers are a liaison between service customers and service technicians. In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and check in customers to their service appointments.
• Advise and make recommendations to customers based on Maintenance Minders and current vehicle conditions and service needs.
• Generate repair orders based on the customer's needs and represent the dealership as the contact person for the customer.
• Schedule appointments and order parts on behalf of customers. 
• Act as mediator between the customer and the technician.

Experience:

• Automotive/Dealership: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Requirements

• Must have basic automotive knowledge.
• Dealership experience is a plus.
• Reynolds & Reynolds preferred! 
• Must be team-oriented, able to multi-task and handle pressure, and thrive in a time-sensitive environment.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driving Record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
