Objectives of this Role:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and engage with potential clients,including automotive OEMs.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
• Provide market insights, customerfeedback, and competitor analysis to influence product development.
• Consistently meet or exceedrevenue targets and sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers: Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their pain points and requirements.
• Sales Strategy &Execution: Define and implement a roadmap to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand Mihup’spresence in the automotive sector globally.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Negotiations & Deal Closures: Lead contractnegotiations and manage high-value sales cycles.
• Sales Reporting &Forecasting: Provide regular sales performance reportsand forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive technology.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered conversational intelligence solutions.
• Experience selling to automotive OEMs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Compensation:
