Marketing Specialist

Description

Interlink is looking for a Marketing Specialist who can blend creativity, execution, and data to build marketing that makes an impact. You’ll bring Microsoft technology to life through creative content, engaging webinars, and multi-channel campaigns. You’ll own projects from the first brainstorm to the final performance report, partnering with marketers, sellers, and technical experts along the way. 

If you’re a strong marketer who enjoys experimenting with AI, translating complex ideas into clear customer value, and using data to make the next campaign better, you’ll feel right at home here. Writing and editing will play a large part in this role. Candidates are strongly encouraged to submit a cover letter or relevant writing samples.

What You’ll Do

• Own campaigns end to end. Turn strategy into project plans and run multi-channel campaigns from first idea to final report, managing timelines, the shared marketing calendar, coordination, and quality.
• Create content that arms Sales to win. Partner with the Technical team and Sales to write brand-aligned messaging, templates, and value propositions—using approved AI tools to draft and refine faster.
• Be the guide in our customers' story. Stay current on Interlink's Microsoft AI/Copilot, cloud, security, and Managed Services offerings, then use the StoryBrand framework to turn technical detail into clear messaging for the web and social.
• Bring webinars to life. Plan and facilitate webinars and campaigns with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, HubSpot and other approved tools. 
• Let the data guide the next move. Manage lead tracking, campaign attribution and analytics to grow the pipeline, and bring informed recommendations to Marketing team planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including ownership of multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution and measurement; B2B technology experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, proofreading and content-development skills.
• Proven ability to work independently from agreed objectives, manage competing priorities, make sound decisions and reliably meet deadlines.
• Ability to interpret campaign data, identify opportunities and contribute practical recommendations to marketing strategy. Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable generative-AI tools, including prompting, source-based research and content development; able to review AI output for accuracy, privacy, copyright and brand compliance.
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate evolving Microsoft AI, cloud, security and Managed Services offerings.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook; experience with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud, Copilot Studio or marketing analytics tools preferred.
• Proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented working style, with the confidence to ask questions, incorporate feedback, respectfully challenge assumptions and own deliverables.
• Relevant degrees in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to pass a background check for pre-employment purposes.
