- Maintain a work-order system; track requests from submission to completion
- Coordinate outside vendors and contractors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, pest control, fire and life-safety systems); obtain quotes, schedule work, and verify completion
- Keep organized records: preventive maintenance logs, inspections, warranties, service contracts, keys, and inventory

Custodial and grounds
- Ensure classrooms, science labs, the gym, the theater, restrooms, and common areas are clean, safe, and ready each day
- Perform custodial duties as needed and set cleaning standards and checklists for the team
- Oversee grounds upkeep, trash and recycling, and seasonal needs such as ice and storm cleanup
Safety and compliance
