Talent Coordinator

Description

You know that feeling when everything just clicks? The interview’s booked, the candidate is prepped, the hiring manager has what they need, and nobody’s left wondering what happens next. If making that happen sounds like a good day at work, we’d love to meet you.

Who we are
Since 2004, Powerhouse has helped multi-site retail and commercial brands get big things done across the country, from store remodels and rebrands to staffing and merchandising. We’re built on three pillars: People, Process, and Technology. That first one is where you come in.

What you’ll do
As our Talent Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, organized engine behind our hiring process. Candidates will know you as the person who actually calls back. Hiring managers will know you as the person who makes their lives easier. Day to day, you’ll:

• Review applications and spot the people who’d be a great fit.
• Run initial phone screens to get to know candidates and what they’re looking for.
• Schedule interviews and keep everyone in the loop through Paylocity.
• Answer candidate questions about the role, the company, and what comes next.
• Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups so no one falls through the cracks.
• Share candidate details, screening notes, and referrals with hiring managers.
• Keep our applicant records accurate and up to date.
• Jump in on high-volume hiring pushes when we need to move fast.

What you bring

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination.
• Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
• Real organizational skills. You can juggle a lot of candidates and open roles without dropping anything.
• Steady follow-through and the ability to stay calm when priorities shift.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office. Experience with Paylocity or another applicant tracking system is a plus.

Why Powerhouse
We hire for integrity, take pride in quality work, and believe great service starts with how we treat people, including candidates. You’ll join a team that values creativity, delivers results, and gives you room to make the hiring experience better for everyone.

Ready to keep things moving? Apply today. We promise you won’t be left waiting to hear back.
