Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
- Represent clients in commercial disputes before state and federal courts.
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions and other sophisticated disputes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal memoranda and briefs.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
- Manage discovery, document review, and related litigation procedures.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions.
- Assist with hearings, court appearances, and trials.
- Work closely with partners to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments.
- Manage assigned litigation matters independently when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar – Required.
- Experience litigating in Pennsylvania state and federal courts.
- Strong background handling commercial disputes and complex litigation matters.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation.
New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
