This is a hands-on role focused on live online training, regular knowledge assessments and targeted learning plans for new and existing employees. • Develop and update tests, practical assignments and assessment criteria to check both knowledge and its application.
• Analyze results, identify individual and team knowledge gaps, and create targeted learning plans. Deliver refresher training and reassess progress.
• Collect best practices and real work examples from experienced employees and turn them into practical learning materials.
• Coordinate onboarding training and manage LMS assignments, learning paths, training records and reports.
• Create and update presentations, guides and online courses with internal experts, using feedback and assessment results to improve training.
