CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver
$1,300–$1,700/Wk | Weekly Home Time | Olive Branch, MS Area
Let's be upfront about this one: the freight is hands-on, but the pay reflects the work.
We're looking for Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional retail account based around Olive Branch, Mississippi. You'll run consistent regional freight and be home each week for your 34-hour reset.
Your paycheck comes from more than just miles here.
Here's How the Pay Works
- $0.50 CPM on all miles
- $200 for each unload
- $25 per stop
- $40 short-haul pay for loads under 100 miles
- Typical weekly earnings of $1,300–$1,700
- Estimated annual earnings of $67,600–$88,400
- Usually 1,000–1,700 miles per week
- Potential $100 weekly bonus when you maintain full 5-day availability with no accidents or service failures
What the Schedule Looks Like
You'll be running a dedicated regional operation with both day and night dispatches. Weekend runs are part of the schedule, while calendar holidays are normally off.
The good part: you're home weekly for your 34-hour reset.
One Important Thing — This Is Touch Freight
There's no sugarcoating this part. This is full hand-unload dry van freight, so you need to be comfortable doing physical work and regularly handling 50–75 lb loads.
If you're the type of driver who would rather work harder and have that reflected in the paycheck, this setup may suit you well.
Requirements
- Active Class A CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Must be 21+
- New CDL holders with 0 months experience can qualify
- Experienced drivers can qualify with 6+ months tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 5 years
- Must live within 50 miles of Olive Branch, MS, or an approved area in Mississippi/Tennessee
- Able to perform repeated manual unloading
- Must pass DOT urine + hair testing and background screening
- Non-SAP
