Responsibilities
- Upload and edit website content using CMS platforms such as AEM and Contentful.
- Perform quality assurance checks to identify and resolve issues before content goes live.
- Ensure content is published accurately and in line with project requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to support project delivery and help identify the most effective next steps.
- Monitor and proactively communicate potential risks, issues or delays.
- Work closely with Content Editors and other delivery teams to share knowledge, best practices and process improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
- Continuously develop and expand technical and professional skills to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of experience in a website editing role.
- Experience with CMS platforms (AEM and/or Contentful), including creating, uploading and editing website content.
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot content or formatting issues.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Curious, proactive and quality-focused approach to work.
- Ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience performing quality assurance checks on website content and pages before delivery.
- Strong communication, collaboration and ownership mindset.
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or Asana.
- Experience with additional CMS platforms beyond AEM and Contentful.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Project management knowledge or experience.
