In this customer-focused role, you'll help rideshare drivers get on the road quickly by assisting with rentals, answering questions, maintaining vehicle readiness, and creating an exceptional rental experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do:
As a Sales & Service Specialist, you'll be the face of Hertz for Lyft and Uber drivers by:
- Assisting customers with reservations, rentals, and vehicle pick-up.
- Explaining the Hertz rideshare rental program and its benefits.
- Answering questions about billing, extensions, roadside assistance, and rental requirements.
- Providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and overcome customer objections.
- Preparing vehicles for customer delivery, including inspections, cleaning, fueling, and quality checks.
- Supporting daily branch operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum age of 20 years old.
- Comfortable using computers and business systems.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
