(Key Responsibilities):
- To support day-to-day servicing and administration in respect of allocated clients in a timely, technically accurate and cos
- To support day-to-day servicing and administration in respect of allocated clients in a timely, technically accurate and cost-effective manner as well as to ensure the smooth and speedy settlement of clients’ claims.
- To maintain income by retaining existing clients and expanding the additional income where possible.
- Develops and maintains positive professional relationships with clients and insurers.
- Provides broking and administrative services to clients, advice and information to those areas in which you are knowledgeable and competent, otherwise seeking advice as appropriate.
- Ensures that company procedures and systems are followed and reviewed.
- Process and manages renewal process, negotiate and placing cover on best terms where appropriate.
- Checks policy documents (including endorsements) for accuracy prior to delivery to clients.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Supporting & monitoring and instruction the administration tasks for administration staffs
- Being the consultant & coaching for team members
- Recruits the new cases and manages new business from quotation through placement.
- Support some special projects assigned by Head of Employee Benefitst-effective manner as well as to ensure the smooth and speedy settlement of clients’ claims.
