Key Responsibilities

• Activate and optimise digital media campaigns across display, video, audio and programmatic channels.
• Develop media plans and campaign strategies that align with client objectives and KPIs.
• Manage campaign delivery, pacing, troubleshooting and performance optimisation across multiple platforms and markets.
• Work closely with media partners, technology vendors and internal teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.
• Create and maintain campaign documentation, including media plans and cost forecasts.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, providing clear briefs, guidance and quality assurance.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across planning, finance, client and activation teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.
• Act as a go-to expert for digital investment, activation and optimisation best practice.

Skills Required

• Experience in digital media buying, activation, investment or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, media planning and performance optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, Amazon DSP, Teads or similar.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and using Excel to manage large datasets.
• Confident managing stakeholders across clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach to work.
• Agency experience and knowledge of brand safety platforms are advantageous.
