In this role, you'll join a women owned manufacturing company, supporting customers and outside sales representatives within a designated region. You'll assist with orders, product questions, and issue resolution while working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a Temp to Perm position and required to be fully On-Site.
Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service or sales experience.

Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Ability to learn Macola and Synergy; previous experience preferred.

Commercial furniture industry experience is a plus.
