Description
Natural Retreats is hiring Shuttle Drivers to join our Silver Star team in Park City, UT for the upcoming season! The Shuttle Driver / Bellman position is responsible for operation of a shuttle van and transporting guests safely and efficiently over specific routes. They also assist owners and guests with luggage and ski equipment on occasion. A successful Shuttle Driver / Bellman provides reliable and timely service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

COMPENSATION: $22 / hour + tips + retention bonus at the end of season!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Be a brand ambassador, promoting all Natural Retreats’ locations and services to guests and colleagues alike.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, owners, and callers by delivering a positive shuttle experience and responding professionally to inquiries and communications.
- Safely operate the shuttle along assigned routes, transporting authorized guests and owners to and from designated pickup and drop-off locations in accordance with app-based routing instructions.
- Utilize the Silver Star Shuttle app for proper guest and owner transportation tracking purposes.
- Obey traffic laws and transportation practices as required by federal, state, and local law.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the vehicle.
- Secure wheelchairs, car seats, and other restraining devices as needed.
- Communicate with front desk and management on any guest requests or issues.
- Report all accidents, injuries, incidents, unsafe working conditions, and damages to vehicles/shuttles immediately to management.
- Inspect vehicle/shuttle for proper operating condition before and after every shift according to checklist.
- Regulate heating, cooling, and ventilating equipment for the comfort of passengers.
- Responsible for detailed knowledge of property inventory, location, amenities, etc.
- Obtain and maintain expert knowledge of Park City and provide guests with any requested information.
- Assist with guest-related tasks as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
REQUIRED
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening
- Valid and current state driver's license with a good driving record
- Proficiency in technology such as cell phones and basic computer skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of shuttle functions and designated drop off and pick up locations
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Strong customer focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and flexible in approach to job duties and problem-solving
PREFFERED
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to meet the requirements of the company's approved rental car providers
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a seasonal position expected to end around April 15, 2027. Coverage is needed for both the morning and evening shifts. Morning shifts start at 7:30 am. Night shifts end at 10:00 pm. Weekends and holidays are busy with guest arrivals and departures and are generally required and considered working days.
