Description
Automotive Technician — Join a Shop That Puts Technicians First
All Skill Levels Welcome | Family-Owned | Technician-Owned | Exceptional Pay & Benefits
Tired of the Typical Shop Environment?
We're not your average repair shop, and we're not looking to hire average people. We're a family- and technician-owned shop built around one simple idea: if our technicians aren't happy, growing, and succeeding, we're doing something wrong.
We believe in taking care of our people, investing in their future, and creating an environment where great technicians can do their best work without the drama, burnout, and negativity that have become too common in this industry (looking at you, dealerships and chain stores).
We're preparing to expand, and we're looking for great people to grow with us.
What We Offer:
- Top Pay in the Area — We believe great technicians deserve to be paid accordingly.
- Full Benefits Package — Health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and disability insurance.
- Tool and Boot Allowance — That stuff is expensive, let us help you with it.
- Paid, High-Level Training — We invest in your skills, knowledge, and future.
- Work-Life Balance — We encourage you to enjoy your friends, family, hobbies, and life outside the shop (you have PTO for a reason).
- Team-Oriented Culture — We work together, support each other, and take pride in our work.
- A Drama-Free Environment — We have zero tolerance for bad attitudes, unnecessary drama, or people who bring the team down.
- Room to Grow — Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, we'll help you reach your full potential.
- No Junk Cars — You know that car that has a million problems the customer won't fix or has trash piled up everywhere? Yea, we don't deal with that here.
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced Technicians: Ready for something better? Bring your experience, and we'll provide the pay, tools, training, and work environment to help you become even better at what you do.
We welcome all skill levels. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, pride in your work, and ability to be a great teammate.
Apprentice Technicians: Want to build a career in the automotive industry? We'll help you develop your skills, invest in your training, and put you on a path toward becoming a highly skilled master technician.
Our Promise to You:
We want this to be the best shop you've ever worked at. Not just because of the pay or benefits, but because of the people, the culture, and the opportunity to build a career you're proud of.
If this isn't the best shop you've ever worked at, we're doing something wrong. That's not just a line in a job posting—our team will vouch for it.
We're growing, and we want the right people to help us get there.
Ready for Something Better?
If you're tired of the typical shop environment and want to work somewhere that values you as a technician and as a person, we'd love to meet you.
Bring your talent. Bring your ambition. We'll help you build the future you deserve.
Apply today and find out what working in a shop that puts its people first is really like.
(If it's not for you it's cool. But it might be the best thing you ever passed up, so just call, text, or email us.)
