- Build a structured account development model: customer segmentation, account plans, multilevel relationships, opportunity pipelines and measurable visit objectives.
- Lead negotiations with strategic customers and professional purchasing teams; defend value, margins and long-term partnerships.
- Implement activity-based management for KAM’s and Inside Sales: meaningful customer contacts, meetings, quotes, follow-up, conversion and pipeline quality.
- Establish weekly performance reviews, individual coaching, clear ownership, CRM discipline and timely corrective action.
- Develop a stable, capable team through strategic workforce planning (recruitment, onboarding, fair performance management, succession planning)
- Focuses development of skills, transparent communication, fair expectations and visible leadership by example.
- Coordinate customer service and commercial priorities with relevant central functions to improve customer experience and execution.
- Full country-management accountability, including budgets, local compliance and any statutory responsibilities
Because You Matter:
- Competetive salary and bonus
- Flexibility & free time: Flexible working hours with a hybrid model requiring 60% office presence
- Attractive workplace: Modern office in a central location, excellent transport connections, and an on-site canteen.
- Diverse benefits and multisport card
- Support & responsibility: Family services for every life situation, plus active promotion of sustainability and social engagement.
What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:
- Substantial commercial leadership experience in B2B distribution in the Czech Republic, with credible knowledge of the Slovak market.
- Proven record of winning back customers, growing existing accounts and improving sales performance in a challenging business environment.
- Strong practical key account management skills and direct experience negotiating with industrial buyers / procurement organizations.
- Evidence of KPI-, CRM- and process-driven sales leadership, including activity management and systematic coaching.
- Analytical capability to translate customer and sales data into priorities, actions and measurable results.
- Leadership credibility grounded in competence, integrity, fairness, accountability and the ability to retain and develop people.
- Fluent Czech and Slovak with effective communication capability across both markets; professional English for group-level interaction.
