About the job:
• You need to play the role as consult sales in customer project feed study stage and tendering period, to promote the unique technology or features of Alfa Laval product to customer.
• You need to play the role as technical sales when we received the POS from customer, making competitive technical proposal, negotiating the solution with customer, and preparing the cost calculation for external sales.
• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product.
• Nurture Qualified Leads and convert them to orders.
• Be active in the market and focus on customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products.
• Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up.
• Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
• Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection).
• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
• Handover the materials to project management team after we secured the order.
