Description
Title: Project Manager, Mechanical (HVAC)
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
An established MEP engineering firm is hiring a Project Manager to run mechanical projects from start to finish and lead a team of designers.
What you'll do
- Manage mechanical/HVAC projects from kickoff through completion: schedule, budget and client communication
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical designers
- Coordinate design across disciplines and run mechanical QA/QC reviews
- Manage resources, subconsultants and deliverables
What you bring
- 8+ years in mechanical system design and project management, including HVAC projects
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering; active PE a plus
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong leadership and client communication skills
