We are seeking looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage the delivery of next-generation AI initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex AI research, software engineering, and strategic business outcomes. You will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, autonomous analytical agents, and advanced Knowledge Graphs.
What you will be doing
- Manage large-scale, complex, AI programs from inception to production deployment.
- Manage cross-functional teams consisting of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Partner with architects and tech leads to design robust, production-grade architectures for RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI ecosystems.
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams, serving as a key point of coordination for team leads and stakeholders
- Identifying and oversee risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success.
- Maintain effective communication with client stakeholders, providing visibility into delivery progress, dependencies, blockers, and key decisions
