We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who sees marketing as a growth engine, combining strategy, analytics, experimentation and execution to drive measurable business outcomes. How you'll make an impact
In this role, you'll own critical aspects of the digital marketing ecosystem, helping drive customer acquisition, enrollment growth, retention and long-term business performance.
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Own acquisition funnels from initial awareness through conversion, retention and re-engagement.
- Lead SEO, GEO and organic growth initiatives across traditional and AI-powered discovery channels.
- Optimize websites, landing pages and digital experiences to improve conversion rates.
- Develop lifecycle marketing programs that increase retention and customer lifetime value.
- Leverage analytics, attribution models and performance reporting to guide business decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, enrollment, product and web development teams to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
- Build testing frameworks that continuously uncover new growth opportunities.
About you
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy balancing creativity with analytical rigor.
Success in this role often comes from experience in 3 to 5 years of experience in:
- Performance marketing and customer acquisition.
- Conversion rate optimization and marketing analytics.
- Search engine optimization and content optimization strategies.
- Funnel development and lifecycle marketing.
- Website optimization and experimentation programs.
- Managing campaigns with accountability to revenue and business growth outcomes.
- Influencing stakeholders through data-backed recommendations.
You hold a Bachelor´s degree in marketing, business administarion or related fields.
