About the role:

IMDS is a web-application used globally in the automotive industry, with more than 150,000 active users. You will work as part of the international core team of around 40 people, collaborating closely with the application support team. The role also involves taking responsibility for operational tasks that include technical elements and require strong teamwork and communication.

Daily challenges:

• Incident Management
  • Back-up for 1st & 2nd Level support
  • 2nd to 3rd Level support:

1. Handle support queries, escalate and manage further support;

2. Provide solutions to users via Service Desk or in direct communication;

3. Take corrective actions where needed;

• Operations 
  • Manage and take over operational tasks 
  • Communicate with Operations Partners
  • Support IMDS Communications

eXperience and skills required:

• Very good communication and presentation skills in English (optionally German).
• Willing to work in a global team.
• Creativity, adaptability, initiative and reliability.
• Basic knowledge of Databases and SQL
• Basic knowledge of Java
