What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loaders and other mobile equipment to safely move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials in the yard.
• Load customer and internal haul trucks efficiently to support production and shipping schedules.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas while adhering to all safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with dispatch, plant operations, and fellow team members to ensure smooth material flow throughout the night shift.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, aggregate, or similar environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established operating procedures.
• Ability to work independently on night shift while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to identify and address routine operational issues.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
