What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loaders and other mobile equipment to safely move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials.
• Supply processing plants and load customer trucks efficiently to support nightly production goals.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and monitor equipment performance to identify and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain safe work areas by following established safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with plant personnel and fellow team members to optimize material flow and operational efficiency.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial, quarry, or similar environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, situational awareness, and compliance with operating procedures.
• Ability to work independently during night shift operations while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with a focus on supporting operational goals.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities to identify and address routine operational issues.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
