This role is essential in preparing for upcoming contracts on grants and managing the overall grant process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to leverage technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesGrant Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of grant applications, from identifying funding opportunities to submission and follow-up.Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting department to ensure seamless financial tracking, reporting, and compliance in all grants-related activities.Technology Utilization: Demonstrate expertise in utilizing technology tools such as ChatGPT, grant management software, and project management platforms to improve processes and outcomes.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed records of grant applications, agreements, and financial reports as needed for accountability and transparency.Analytical Support: Analyze grant eligibility and requirements, ensuring that all applications meet the necessary criteria and legal obligations.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and recommend new tools or strategies to optimize grant management efforts.Education and Training: Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in grant management and the effective use of technology. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience managing grants, including writing, submission, tracking, and compliance.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
