Marketing Executive

Description

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive , the ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Responsibilities

• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  
• Support the marketing manager in building and maintaining marketing communication through the most relevant channels (email, PR, print and online, trade shows and events
• To administer marketing activity across various software and applications

• To support the marketing manager in generating qualified sales leads by managing marketing activity across all of the company’s divisions

• To liaise and negotiate with suppliers

• To assist the marketing manager in building and maintaining the company’s brands:

• Supporting the marketing manager in following up with orders and payments to suppliers for printing of materials, graphic design, photography, videography, PR, publications, advertising, etc.

• Liaising with event organizers and ensuring the execution of all deliverables for event partnerships including event banners, company logos, e mail shot set up and sending, press releases publication, exhibition stand forms, payments, publications, etc.

• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to support in the stand setup, and breakdown, acquiring stand services and manage furniture orders

• Administering the assignment of daily sales leads unto the CRM tool ensuring proper follow up by the sales team

• Liaise with the sales team to integrate sales prospects into marketing campaigns (from direct phone calls, emails, events and trade show leads, cold calling list)

• Support marketing manager in administering social media accounts to post relevant content and manage questions and comments

• Support the marketing manager in keeping reports of the results of marketing activity including Inbound lead reports, conversion reports, email marketing reports, social media reports

• Researching and creating databases of prospects from relevant sources

• Writing marketing copy if required

• Ensuring the production, printing and updating of marketing collateral (brochures, banners, stand materials, roll ups, etc) and keeping sufficient stock for the business at all times

• Assisting in updating content of company websites

Requirements

• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• 2 - 3 years experience in marketing
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Familiarity with social media specifically LinkedIn & FB and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Familiarity with SEO + AD words preferred
• Email execution, Partnership/Industry management
