Overview
Our client is a real estate company in Hong Kong and they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join the team as an Assistant Manager, IT Project Management. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving innovation in the PropTech space while delivering impactful IT solutions that support global projects. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end IT projects covering innovative service systems (e.g. tenant engagement platforms, smart office solutions) and infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring solutions enhance tenant experience and operational efficiency.
- Oversee system implementation, UAT, and change management processes.
- Monitor project risks, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing emerging technologies relevant to real estate and asset management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline;
- 5+ years’ experience in IT project management, ideally with exposure to real estate, property management, or asset management industries.
- Familiar with ERP system finance and leasing module, CRM & loyalty platform design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems (network, cloud, security) and innovative service platforms is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work flexibly across multiple projects.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
