Overview
As a Scientific Account Executive at Adaptyv, you will be the primary point of contact for customers from first conversation through ongoing engagement. This hybrid sales and customer success role requires deep scientific understanding to support protein design teams. You'll conduct technical sales calls discussing binding kinetics, expression systems, and assay design, onboard new customers, monitor ongoing accounts, troubleshoot with the biology team, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires a scientific background in protein engineering, biochemistry, or biophysics, along with customer-facing technical experience.
