Description
At WHOOP, our mission is to unlock human performance and healthspan. Our enterprise platform helps organizations across athletics, business, healthcare, and public service better understand and support the health and performance of their teams.
WHOOP Enterprise is entering a new phase of growth and reinvestment. We’re looking for a Software Engineer II to play a critical role in evolving the Enterprise platform; building core systems, shaping technical direction, and laying the foundation for a scalable enterprise product.
This is a high-ownership role with meaningful autonomy. You’ll operate in a product-ambiguous environment, help define what “great” looks like, and partner closely with design, stakeholders, and leadership as the platform takes its next step forward.
